Very very helpful and attentive staff, everything overall clean.
Exceptional service offered, well-appointed and brand-new room with fantastic breakfast and a pullout couch. Free of charge breakfast to start the day with excellent baked goods. Central location, at a medium distance from Dolmenweb Software Company...

The staff was as helpful as they could be. I appreciated that they had a handheld scale for me to weigh the luggage before my flight. The free breakfast was decent and the free WiFi signal was strong. I didn't use it but I noticed that the wired connection was free too, which was refreshing. The river view room was clean and well maintained, and the balcony was tight but a nice place for 2 people to sit and relax or eat a meal purchased from the nearby Oxbow market.
Downtown Napa was probably the least charming of all the Napa Valley locations/towns. It's hard to knock the hotel for that though. The staff could've been a little more knowledgeable on good wineries to visit, though I recognize I did ask them on Memorial Day when a lot of people were checking out and they may not have had their full complement of 'experienced' staff. Also, they could've offered a larger variety of tour operators - it seemed there was only one.

Excellent all round hotel and great value for money. The little touches like free bottles of water and complimentary wi-fi were really appreciated.whilst the location meant a 10-15 minute walk into town, it really wasn't an issue and helped digestion on returning from the various excellent restaurants downtown.

We liked the beautiful location and view from our room overlooking the river and the hills behind Napa. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, the room was super spacious, the bed fantastic and the bathroom incl. Whirlpool was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and nicely prepared when we came back from our trips. The lobby offers a beautiful bar with fireplace - a wonderful and relaxing way to start the evening after an exhausting trip in Napa Valley. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful hotel and will definitively come back! Thank you River Terrace Inn for an unforgettable time!

The hotel was stylish and immaculately clean with especially helpfulstaff members. The room was well-kept, besides it had coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator, just in case. The location was central, near the rest of Napa, the airport and downtown and Stone brewery.

average experience , but pleasant overall
The Premium King Room with River View was spacious and beautifully updated, with a great ambiance for relaxation. I appreciated thevery comfy and tidy accommodations. The outdoor seating areas were a lovely spot to unwind while taking in the quiet surroundings. I also loved having easy access to bikes.
We felt the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

The jacuzzi tub was the most luxurious amenity in the room and was the perfect relaxing end to a fun day of wine tasting.

Everyone we encountered in Napa, including this hotel were so friendly. We would return to River Terrace.
Our room was on front of hotel and was very sunny and hot so it was not conducive to sitting on pation in evening with a glass of wine. We would have preferred to be on river side.
